I've had people receive parts, and when they weren't satisfied (typically at their own error), I've had to pay the price. I.e. selling interior panels to Canadians, I sold an RPS flywheel and the buyer didn't think the plates were ok, and I had to buy him new ones, etc. I've found it's best to be certain to clarify in email any issues (beyond where it's obviously stated in the ad to begin with) to avoid any potential misunderstandings. If a buyer appears that s/he might be more of a headache than the sale is worth, I walk.
